We welcome all registered parishioners to enroll in our religious education programs to continue their faith formation.  The high school program is open to those registered parishioners entering the 9th through 12th grades in the fall when sessions begin. Class dates typically follow the Barrow County school calendar. The first class in 8/14/24.

Before starting on the registration form, please collect the following:

1. Parish envelope number:  all registered families have a number even if they are not receiving envelopes.  Please call the parish office at 770-867-4876 if you do not know your number.  The registration form requires this number.
2. The year, name and location of the church where your student was baptized
3. The year, name and location of the chuch where your student received First Communion.
4. A list of any medications, allergies or other special needs your student may have.
5. Both the parent and the student must agree to the Code of Conduct that is part of our program.  Please read through the Parent/Student Handbook and the Code of Conduct together by clicking the tab marked Parent and Student Handbooks and ... first.  Your student will be asked to agree with the Code of Conduct as a part of the registration form.
6. To be Confirmed, students must successfully complete two consecutive years of the LifeTeen Program along with the Confirmation classes and requirements during the second year.

Please note that as part of our program, under the direction of the Archdiocese of Atlanta, we have a class session that is for training concerning the protection of children and vulnerable individuals. If you do not with for your child to participate, please complete the opt out form that is available in our parish office. 

We also photograph and videotape some religious education activities. Your child may decline to be photographed or videotaped at any time.  If you do not wish to have your child photographed or videotaped at any time, you may sign the waiver form available in our parish office.
